Digital Subscription FAQ's
Hello! Thank you for purchasing an Emma & Vincent digital subscription.
Here are a few quick FAQs that may answer any questions you may have
Subscription Questions:
Can I purchase a single month subscription?
Yes! Of course! Just subscribe as per normal and create a customer account. You will be able to cancel before your next month's payment comes out on the 1st.
Can I pause and resume my subscription later?
Yes! We offer the ability to pause your subscription for whatever reason. This can be managed directly from your customer account.
Can I change subscription packages?
Unfortunately, we can't change subscription packages for you. If you would like to change, please cancel your current subscription and purchase the new one you would like.
Payment Questions:
How will I be charged for this subscription?
Put your preferred subscription in your cart and complete the payment as normal via credit card. You will be charged your first month immediately. Subsequent months will be charged to the same payment method on the 1st of every month.
Can I get a refund on a digital subscription?
Unfortunately, no. Given the nature of the product we are unable to offer refunds on a digital subscription. Should you wish to end your subscription please log into your account at www.emmaandvincent.com

We provide detailed descriptions of each digital subscription on the specific product pages. All content is delivered to you by email. You will also receive an offer to join the relevant Facebook page to your subscription email. If you use a different email with your Facebook account please contact us at hello@emmaandvincent.com
